Garfield Clock (2020)

This illustration comes from Yimiao's childhood memory. When Yimiao was in first grade, her mom bought this Garfield clock as a present, hoping she would have the discipline to get up early. However, Yimiao often turned it down unconsciously when the clock alarmed in the morning. More interestingly, many children born in the 1990s had similar Garfield clock and possessed a collective memory about the annoying alarm sound: "wake up, you lazy bone"!
